The City Council Committee on Ordinances, Licenses and Legal Affairs will meet on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of holding a hearing for Rafael Espaillat on the denial of his taxi operator license (this meeting may be held in Executive Session). This matter is in addition to the claims and licenses already scheduled.
